Treasurer Reports

Required Filings
Section 6075 of the City Code requires treasurers appointed by candidates for
elected office to file election reports which shall contain all contributions
received and expenditures made in furtherance of the candidate's election.
The reports must be filed :
1. No later than noon on the fourteenth (14th) day preceding any election ; and
2. No later than noon on the day prior to the date on which the successful candidate takes office, whether the candidate is successful or unsuccessful. Changes to the report may be made up until the close of business thirty (30) days after the election.
Voluntary Filings
At the July 2, 2007 Regular Meeting of the City Council, a majority of the
Council voted to support the voluntary filing of treasurer's reports on a monthly
basis. All reports, whether voluntary or required, are to be filed with the
City Clerk. The Treasurer's Reports will be posted on this website and may
be viewed by clicking on the candidate's name on the list above.
