New Resident Application

In order to receive water service for your property, please sign the enclosed application and date it either the day you moved in or the date you settled on the property, whichever occurred first.

A $50.00 water advance is required for every connection.  This $50.00 advance will be applied against your final bill with any balance refunded to you.

In addition, a non-refundable $25.00 customer service charge is payable in advance to offset the cost of establishing and maintaining your account.

To avoid termination of service, return within ten days a completed application card and a check or money order in the amount of $75.00 made payable to the City of Bowie.  You may also set up your account with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover by contacting the Finance Department at (301) 809-3016.
