RAD Self Defense Training for Women
Several times a year the Bowie Police Department presents training opportunities for women interested in learning how to protect themselves from attack.  The Rape Aggression Defense System (RAD) is a program that covers awareness, prevention, risk reduction, risk avoidance and basic hands-on self defense training.
