Thanks for Toys for Tots Donations!

The City of Bowie Police Department would like to thank everyone who participated in our second annual Toys for Tots drive, which was held in conjunction with the United States Marine Corp. 

We received donations from city employees, local businesses, neighborhood watch associations and the community at large. We were able to collect over 500 toys! The toys were distributed to children throughout Prince George’s County.  We are very pleased with the success of the 2009 toy drive. This is just another example of the generosity of our community and the collaboration between the Bowie Police Department and the citizens of Bowie. It is always extremely rewarding to work together for such a good cause. Thank you again for your assistance and support in making the 2009 Toys for Tots toy drive a successful event.
