City Holidays
City offices are closed on the following dates in 2012. On these dates there is no refuse or recycling pickup. Pickup resumes on your next regularly scheduled day. For example, if Monday and Thursday are your trash days and Monday is a holiday, then for that week, your only pickup will be on Thursday.
The Bowie Senior Center is closed on all City holidays. The Museums are closed on all holidays, with the exception of the day after Thanksgiving, when it is open to the public.
Other facilities, such as the Ice Arena and the Gymnasium are open on most holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please check with the facilities to be sure.
