Also open Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Boathouse may be closed due to inclement weather. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Additional rules apply and may be obtained from the Allen Pond Park Boathouse. Rental payment is accepted in cash only. Identification is required for City of Bowie resident rate.
Please call 301-262-6200 ext. 3116 to confirm if the Boathouse is open.
There are restrooms and first aid supplies at the Boathouse. When the boathouse is open, park users may go to the boathouse to contact a Park Ranger.
