Join the City of Bowie for a concert featuring local musicians on Friday, April 15, to benefit the Bowie Food Pantry. The concert will start at 7 p.m. at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts with the band Four Songs for Thursday. The evening’s entertainment include performances by Tiger Style, Katie’s Got Guts, Matty Rockville, Brea Wimbush, Andy Poxon and Eleven:Thirteen. All musicians are donating their time and talent to help music feed the people.

The benefit is a joint effort of the City of Bowie’s Community Services Department, the Bowie Food Pantry, the Charis Center for the Arts, and Eleven:Thirteen. Admission is either eight dollars or four dollars plus four cans of food. Tickets are only available at the door. All proceeds and food will go directly to the Bowie Food Pantry.
