SUBJECT: City Hall Update

Architect Melanie Hennigan of Grimm + Parker will provide a status report on the new city hall project at the July 14th Worksession. Ms. Hennigan will show an animated “fly-by” of the exterior of the planned building. The animated tool is a useful device to provide a visual context and a “locational anchor” to the site.

Attached is a CD containing a PowerPoint presentation of the draft of the City Council Chambers in the new facility. Ms. Hennigan will narrate the PowerPoint while providing a report on the status of the design of the Chambers, as well as the overall building.
