SUBJECT:     Speed Camera Ordinance  O-10-09

DATE: October 1, 2009

            Attached is the proposed Ordinance authorizing the use of speed cameras in the City.  The Ordinance directly follows the detailed guidance found in the legislation, including the required 30-day warning period before the issuance of actual violation notices and the $40 fine. 

            Staff will propose specific installation details shortly.
