SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOWIE CITY COUNCIL
MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2005

CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The Special Meeting of the Bowie City Council was held on Monday, October 24, 2005 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Robinson at 8:08 p.m.

QUORUM

In attendance were Mayor Robinson, Mayor Pro Tem Jenkins, Councilmembers Aleshire, Brady, Kroemer and Lyles; City Manager Deutsch, Assistant City Manager Fitzwater, the Press, and the Public. Councilwoman Booker Jones was delayed.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG

The Council led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

CONSENT AGENDA

Councilman Aleshire moved approval of the Consent Agenda item: R-76-05 Resolution Accepting a Deed for Certain Real Property Upon Which A Stormwater Management Outfall Facility Has Been Constructed to Serve the Stormwater Management Ponds at the Maryland Science and Technology Center. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Jenkins and carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT

Mayor Pro Tem Jenkins moved to adjourn the Special Meeting and to move into a Worksession. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brady and carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
