Minutes of City Council meetings are available to the public in the City Clerk's Office at City Hall. Beginning with the first meeting of 2000, City Council meeting minutes are also available on this web site. Select the appropriate meeting date below to view the minutes or use the search tool to find a particular topic in the minutes. New Method of Viewing Council Meeting Minutes For minutes of 2007 Council Meetings, click on the link below. It will take you to the City's Document Archives. Once there, select City Clerk, Minutes, then 2007. When the document is opened, the minutes can be converted to a pdf file (by clicking on the pdf icon at the top right of the screen).
