Sec. 7-1.  Approval of electrical inspector required in certain cases.

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected or to maintain, operate, or use any electrical wiring fixture, other than portable appliances, without the approval of the electrical inspector of the City and in compliance with this Code and any ordinances pertaining to the installation and use of electrical wiring or fixtures as may be in force.
