8-1. County fire code adopted.

Sec. 8-1. County fire code adopted.

Fire Protection Code for Prince George's County, Maryland as adopted by General Resolution No. 15-1967 (Codified as Chapter 8 of the Prince George's County Code of Ordinances and Resolutions, 1967 edition) and as amended from time to time is hereby made applicable and enforceable in its entirety within the City, by the appropriate officials of Prince George's County.
