Subject: BGE Presentation

BGE will be present at the City Council meeting and will make a presentation regarding the following issues:

· A brief overview will be provided on how the electrical system works from the power plants through the transmission grid into the distribution system and into the homes and businesses

· The long-term capacity situation at the three substations supplying Bowie will be addressed

· The state of the electrical distribution system serving Bowie will be discussed

· A video presentation will be made concerning Hurricane Isabel

Also, attached are the reports to the Public Service Commission from BGE concerning the August 26th and 28th Thunderstorms and Hurricane Isabel.
