SUBJECT: Fire/EMS Facility

Lieutenant Colonel Karl Granzow and Major Richard Lambdin of the Prince George’s County Fire Department will attend the August 1st Council Meeting to brief Council on the Fire/EMS Facility to be built at Northview and Health Center Drives.

A copy of the project schedule is attached. It shows construction commencing in August 2007, with a 13-month construction cycle resulting in completion in September 2008.
