Subject: Ordinance (0-05-07) amending Section 15 of the City Code to define a public nuisance as a violation

The attached Ordinance (O-05-07) has been prepared to reflect a change in Section 15 of the City Code. The Ordinance states that a public nuisance as defined in Section 15-1 and 15-2 cannot be allowed to exist on any property. This change was necessary to properly define a public nuisance as a violation.
