Status Report

1. BV-6-07 Appeal of BAPB Decision

Attached is a copy of an appeal letter filed by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Stewart regarding the Bowie Advisory Planning Board's denial of their variance request at the December 11, 2007 public hearing. The BAPB voted unanimously to deny the applicants' request for an eight-foot side yard variance to construct a 364 square foot garage addition. In accordance with the City Code, staff will prepare a transcript of the hearing and schedule a Council appeal hearing as soon as possible.
