Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2
On May 22, 2009 the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) hosted a meeting of local housing directors, housing advocacy groups and researchers to discuss potential funding opportunities in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP 2), to stabilize communities impacted by large numbers of foreclosed housing units in the region.

Senior Citizen “Green” Housing Rehabilitation Program
This program is suspended until further notice.

The program was funded by the City of Bowie, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) -Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), and the OpenDoor Housing Fund through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (MD-DHCD).
