Room Use
Overview
The City of Bowie has rooms at City Hall and the Kenhill Center that can be used by the public for meetings. Rooms are available to non-profit and commercial groups and rental fees are based on residency.

Rental Fees
Groups that have an official mailing address within the incorporated city limits of Bowie are considered resident groups; all others will be considered non-resident groups. Proof of residency and non-profit status is required. A $100 refundable security deposit is required for all groups and will be assessed at the time of reservation. Resident groups are allowed four (4) reservations per calendar month and non-resident groups are allowed one (1) reservation per calendar month.
The city offers rooms and configurations that can accommodate up to 100 people for use during the times listed below:

During hours that City Hall* and the Kenhill Center are normally closed, special staff can be brought in to accommodate room use. A minimum 30 day notification is required and the following fee schedule will apply:

* City Hall will only be available for rent after close of business (5 p.m. Monday thru Friday)
Although there are many rooms available for community use, cancellation of a room reservation is sometimes necessary, occasionally on short notice. If this is a problem, please consider alternate locations as potential meeting sites. Meeting space may also be available at the Bowie Library, M-NCPPC Community Centers, public schools and also in some places of worship.
