BACKGROUND:


The City of Bowie is promoting the recently approved Environmental Infrastructure Action Strategy (EI) Plan on the best strategies for restoring, preserving, and enhancing the quality of the Bowie environment. The City Council is interested in promoting a cleaner environment for all of its citizens. Clean Water is everyone’s right and responsibility. The City of Bowie is interested in engaging the community in the protection of the world’s water starting with the Bowie streams.
