Humane deterrent devices are now available for rent from Bowie Animal Control. These are motion activated devices that work by either emitting an ultrasonic noise or spraying water jet in order to deter animals from targeted areas. Adjustable frequencies aid in targeting specific species. A $75 refundable deposit is required for a four week rental period.
