MD 3 Improvements at Forest Drive

Representatives of the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will brief City Council on the status of this construction project

Preliminary Plan #4-17027 - South Lake

The applicant, Karington, LLC, is requesting the City’s approval recommendation for a Preliminary Plan of subdivision containing 695 dwelling units (an additional 591 units to be added to the currently approved 1,294 dwelling units and commercial uses on 381.52 acres) in the northern section of the overall development site.  The property in this application is 54.68 acres, is located in the southwest quadrant of MD 214 and US 301 and is zoned E-I-A (Employment and Institutional Area) with a mixed-used designation – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
C.

South Lake (Karington) Tax Increment Financing Application Introduction

Staff will introduce the TIF request for the South Lake project and detail the timeline for public input, hearings, and future action
