Amber Ridge Preliminary Plan #4-19032 & Detailed Site Plan #DSP-19040

The applicant, CBR Amber Ridge, LLC, is seeking the City’s recommendation of approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan proposing 200 townhouse lots and up to 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space, and approval of a Detailed Site Plan for the proposed townhouses on 19.03 acres.  The property is zoned M-X-T (Mixed Use-Transportation Oriented), and is located on the west side of U.S. Route 301 Southbound, approximately 0.25 mile south of the Mitchellville Road intersection – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
B.

Prince George's County Board of Elections

Elections Administrator, Ms. Alisha Alexander, will discuss the use of the Bowie Gymnasium for early voting during the Primary and General Elections of 2020.
