Caruso Homes is requesting the City’s approval recommendation regarding a Preliminary Plan of subdivision containing 80 single-family detached lots.  The subject property includes 42 acres in the R-R (Rural Residential) zone and is located on the at the end of Old Laurel Bowie Road (now known as Lloyd Station Road), adjacent to the WB&A Trail – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
