Detailed Site Plan #DSP-18034-02, Melford Townhome Architecture

St. John Properties, Inc. is requesting the City’s approval recommendation for a revision to Detailed Site Plan #DSP-18034-02 for the Melford Village, for the townhome architecture proposed by Mid-Atlantic Builders.  The application also includes the design and details of two recreational amenity areas.  The subject property is located at the intersection of Curie Drive and Melford Boulevard and includes approximately 71.2 acres in the M-X-T (Mixed Use-Transportation Oriented) zone. – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

B.

Detailed Site Plan #DSP-20003, Mill Branch Crossing

The developer is requesting the City’s approval recommendation for a Detailed Site Plan containing 408 multi-family apartment units and 190 townhouse dwelling units.  The subject property is located in the northeast quadrant of the US 301/Mill Branch Road intersection and includes approximately 64 acres in the C-S-C (Commercial Shopping Center) zone.  – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

The Police Chief will brief Council on the status of various matters in the Police Department

Mid-Year Budget Report

Staff will update Council on City finances and progress toward the completion of budget objectives

Adjourn and Move to Close Session

To adjourn to closed session under the statutory authority of the Md. Annotated Code, State Government Article §3-305(b)(7): “To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice."
