Detailed Site Plan #DSP-21002 – South Lake Multi-Family Residential

The applicant, South Lake Partners, LLC, is requesting the City’s recommendation of approval for a Detailed Site Plan proposing 325 multi-family dwelling units and a one-story, 8,363 sq. ft. community clubhouse with an in-ground swimming pool on 15.86 acres.  The site, within the South Lake mixed-use development, is located on the west side of U.S. Route 301 southbound, approximately 0.3 mile south of MD Route 214, and is zoned E-I-A (Employment and Institutional Area), where the proposed use is permitted by right under the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
B.

Detailed Site Plan #DSP-19021 – South Lake Retail/Commercial

The applicant, South Lake Partners, LLC, is requesting the City’s recommendation of approval for a Detailed Site Plan proposing 900,656 sq. ft. of retail/commercial/office space on 59.83 acres.  The site, within the South Lake mixed-use development, is located on the west side of U.S. Route 301 southbound, approximately 0.5 mile south of MD Route 214, and is zoned E-I-A (Employment and Institutional Area), where the proposed uses are permitted by right under the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

Adjourn and Move to Close Session

To adjourn to closed session under the statutory authority of the Md. Annotated Code, State Government Article §3- 305(b)(3): “To consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto”; and §3- 305(b)(7): “To consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.”
