Join members of the Bowie Green Team as they remove English Ivy, an invasive species, from trees in our local parks. This is a Student Service Learning (SSL) hour opportunity. On-site training and tools are provided by staff. This event is limited to 30 participants so please register in advance with City Sustainability Planner Ashleigh Armentrout.
- We ask all participants to wear long sleeves, long pants, socks, and closed toe shoes
- Please bring water!!
- Participants under 16 will not be eligible to use the large hand tools
- Participants 14 and under must be under direct adult supervision
- Everyone must fill out a waiver form
