St. John Properties, Inc, developer of Melford, has filed an application to revise the approved Detailed Site Plan for Pod 6 (DSP-07031) for the purpose of providing 59,640 square feet of research and development/flex space instead of office uses within the project, which is permitted under current approvals. 

The Bowie Advisory Planning Board will hear this case on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 7:00 pm at Bowie City Hall Council Chambers. The staff report an be viewed here.

The request will then be heard by City Council on July 5, 2022.
