The City of Bowie Community Outreach Committee (COC) seeks grant applications that pertain to social services programs for youth, senior citizens and other underserved populations within the City. Applications can be submitted by individuals or organizations. At least 60% of the participants of any funded program must be City of Bowie residents. Project or programs should be conducted, whenever possible, within the Bowie City limits.

Applications and other information regarding these Grants are available via the City website, www.cityofbowie.org, or from Bowie City Hall. Federal regulations applying to the City of Bowie shall apply to each individual or organization/association. All applicant/awardees shall be subject, when necessary, to an audit designated by the City Manager for an accounting of funds.
