Bowie Ice Arena will hold it's annual Halloween on Ice Party on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Wear a costume or bring a canned good for FREE admission. Wear a costume and bring a canned good for FREE skate rental too. Costume contest, music, treat bags and door prizes.
