The Bowie Advisory Planning Board will review plans for construction of five retail/commercial buildings at Melford on 6.32 acres near Tesla Drive.
The
site is located in the northeastern quadrant of the Melford Boulevard/East-West
Boulevard future intersection, opposite Tesla Drive. This will be the
first all retail development at Melford Town Center, which received Conceptual
Site Plan approval in 2014 and Preliminary Subdivision approval in 2016.
