Trimming of trees takes place in City neighborhoods every 4 to 5 years.  The City uses employees as well as contracted companies to complete this work. Signs are posted at the entrance of the affected neighborhoods, and posted throughout the neighborhood a few days before trimming begins. Only street trees will be trimmed. 

• Tree crews have begun trimming in Rolling Hills and Derbyshire
• Tree crews have already completed trimming in Glen Allen and Idlewild
