[ARCHIVED] Workforce Development Training

The City of Bowie Office of Grant Development and Administration, in conjunction with Bowie Youth and Family Services, is offering residents a free Workforce Development and Life Skills Training Program for adults and youth. Eligible candidates for the program are residents of the City of Bowie aged 15-25 years and must have the desire and availability to enroll in a four-week job readiness course meeting one evening a week at Bowie City Hall from April 15 – May 10.


Residents interested in participating can access the application on the City’s website at www.cityofbowie.org/worktraining. Inquiries about the program should be directed to Kay Starr, Program Coordinator, by phone at 301-809-3009 or email at workforcedev@cityofbowie.org.
