Amber Ridge is a mixed-use community proposed on a vacant 19-acre site located on the west side of southbound U.S. Route 301, approximately 0.3 mile south of the Mitchellville Road intersection. The project includes a mix of 200 townhouses and up to 20,000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial development. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the creation of the 200 residential lots and two retail/commercial parcels, as well as a Detailed Site Plan for the residential development, will be presented at a Stakeholders Meeting on Wednesday, October 30 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Bowie City Hall.
