[ARCHIVED] Virtual Meetings on Proposed Development: Millbranch Crossing

Gibraltar Management has submitted a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision application which proposes the creation of lots for the development of 77,635 sq. ft. of retail space, a 150-room hotel, 193 townhouse units and 347 multifamily units on 70.10 acres. The site of the proposed development is located in the northeastern quadrant of the U.S. Route 301/Mill Branch Road intersection, and is zoned C-S-C (Commercial Shopping Center), where the proposed uses are permitted by right under the Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance.

  • STAKEHOLDERS MEETING:  Tuesday, November 17 at 7 p.m.
  • BOWIE ADVISORY PLANNING BOARD:  Tuesday, December 15 at 7 p.m.
  • BOWIE CITY COUNCIL:  Monday, January 4 at 8 p.m.

All three meetings will be virtual meetings.  Attendees at the Stakeholders Meeting may join in by using the following link: Participants will join the meeting in “listen only” mode and will be able to submit questions using the "Questions" function in Zoom.

Planning staff will read your comments into the record during the Public Hearing period indicated on the agenda.  Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions, during the public hearing portion of the meeting only, using the “Questions” function in Zoom.
