[ARCHIVED] Welcome Back to a City of Bowie Museum!

Come visit City of Bowie Museums on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Museum hours are 12 to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. The museums will close their doors from 1:30 to 2 p.m. to clean high touch surface areas per CDC guidelines.

Upon entrance to each museum, visitors will receive a temperature check and will be expected to complete a short health questionnaire and sign a COVID-19 waiver form. Parents/legal guardians must sign, in person, for individuals under the age of 18.  All visitors under the age if 18 must be under adult supervision.

CDC and local COVID-19 guidelines must be followed. This includes:

  • Everyone must remain 6 feet apart to ensure social distancing.
  • Everyone entering each museum is required to wear a mask at all times and in all areas including restrooms, hallways, and individual rooms.
  • Per the Prince George's County face covering order, masks are required any time you leave home, so masks will also be required outdoors at the museums.
  • Visitors are encouraged to wash hands and use hand sanitizer when available.
