In accordance with guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), notice is hereby given that the City of Bowie, as an entitlement participant in the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, solicits public participation in the development of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2021.
