A portion of Excalibur Road between Evergreen Parkway and Mitchellville Road is being renamed to honor former mayor, Fred Robinson. The only building affected by the street name change is City Hall. The change is effective as of Monday, October 4, 2021. The new mailing address for Bowie City Hall will be 15901 Fred Robinson Way, Bowie, MD 20716
