Earn SSL hours, volunteer in your community, and help save the trees by join the Bowie Green Team for a weed warrior workday! Tools and training are provided on-site by both City staff and Green Team volunteers. 

• Workdays are limited to 30 participants so please register in advance
• Participants under 16 will not be able to use large hand tools but can use smaller hand tools and hold the trash bags
• This workday is not for children under 14
• There is both poison ivy and tics on site, so we ask everyone to wear long pants, long sleeve shirts, sock, and closed-toe shoes. Sunblock and water are recommended to bring as well.
