The Bowie Police Department is a participating collection site for the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. This national event is free and allows residents to dispose of old and unused drugs safely. Drugs that will be accepted include prescription and over-the-counter medications as well as veterinary medications. *Needles, lancets, and aerosols cannot be accepted* The collection will occur on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
