This is a virtual stakeholders meeting to discussed the Detailed Site Plan for a proposed 4,500 square foot Dash In convenience store, gas station and car wash to replace the existing Applebee’s restaurant at the northwest corner of US 301/Heritage Boulevard.

This application will also be heard by the Bowie Advisory Planning Board on July 26, 2022, and by City Council on September 6, 2022, both at City Hall.
