Owners are encouraged to bring their dogs in costume! Those that are in costume can be entered into our online costume contest; we will take photos of them and will post the photos on the Bowie Animal Control Facebook page the next morning so that people can vote for the best dressed pet. The winner will receive a gift basket which may be collected from City Hall. The winner will be announced on Monday, October 31 after a voting period and will receive a basket filled with treats, toys, and other spooky prizes.
