Tanglewood is a city-owned, 127-acre wooded property located off Zug Road in Old Town Bowie. This property has had many challenges over the years due to its secluded location, preventing the property from achieving its highest and best use. Since January, the City, with the assistance of landscape architects Human & Rohde, Inc. have been developing a revised master plan for the Tanglewood Property, based on input received from the community, neighboring property owners and businesses. The draft plan is now complete.

A copy of the draft Master Plan will be available for review on the Tanglewood webpage as early as March 29. Those  wishing to speak during the pubic hearing will need to sign-up before the meeting.
