This "community corner" will increase police presence in addition to providing patrons and residents with an established community outreach and resource center. The space will be occupied by civilian and sworn staff members and will provide general department information, updates on our open positions and hiring processes, and crime prevention awareness to patrons and visitors. Hours of operation will primarily be daytime business hours Monday-Friday but could vary dependent upon staffing availability. Please note that this is an information center only, not a police substation. All calls of service nature should be referred to the Bowie Police Department by contacting 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency or 240-544-5700 for all non-emergencies.
