Berman Enterprises has filed an application for Detailed Site Plan approval of a multi-story consolidated storage use and car wash proposal that is intended to replace the approved 225-unit multi-family apartment building on the vacant five acres behind the retail shopping center.  A Virtual Stakeholders Meeting was held on October 12, 2022 to review the proposal and answer questions from the community.  The recording may be viewed here on the City's YouTube channel.
