Bowie Heritage, LLC, c/o Seneca Properties, has filed applications for a Revision to a Conceptual
Site Plan, Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Detailed Site Plan for a 3.17-acre property located at the Mitchellville Road/Heritage Boulevard intersection in the Bowie Gateway Center. The site is zoned C-M (Commercial Miscellaneous), and currently contains a one-story office (Enterprise Car Rental) building.
The applicant is proposing to create two lots, convert a portion of the existing building to office and retail uses, and construct a 2,228 sq. ft. Taco Bell restaurant.The City has established the following schedule for its public hearings for this application:
BOWIE ADVISORY PLANNING BOARD: Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 7 p.m.
CITY COUNCIL: Monday, April 6, 2015 at 8 p.m.
Both of these meetings will be held in Bowie City Hall, which is located at 15901 Excalibur
