   Programs, events, and meetings sponsored or co-sponsored by the City of Bowie are often photographed/digitally recorded by the City of Bowie and others for publicity, promotional, social media posting, and educational purposes.
   
   By submitting this application and upon becoming an Explorers Post 1916 member, I agree to be photographed or recorded by the City of Bowie and its representatives and as the parent/guardian of the children listed below, I allow my children to photographed or recorded as well. Furthermore, with my signature, I do hereby authorize City of Bowie and its representatives to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and/or distribute such photographic or video images for promotional, educational, social media, or outreach purposes.
