2. Disclaimer
   The City, and its servants, agents, employees and officials, shall not be liable to me for any claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Bowie Security Camera Rebate Program (“the Program”) or my use of any camera for which I have received a rebate through the Program or for damage to or malfunction of such camera(s).
   
   I waive, release and discharge the City, and its servants, agents, employees, and officials, from all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action, and from all acts of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the City, and/or its servants, agents or employees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Program.
   
   I will indemnify and hold the City, and its servants, agents, employees and officials, harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, loss, expense, actions, or causes of action, that they or any of them may incur, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with or as a result of my participation in the Program or my installation or use of a camera for which I have received a rebate through the Program.
   
   The City has offered no recommendations to me as to which camera(s), if any, to purchase and has offered no warranties, guarantees or representations regarding (1) the suitability or functionality of any such camera; (2) my safety or that of my family members, guests, or invitees, or of my property or that of my family members, guests, or invitees as a consequence of the installation or use of camera(s) for which I receive a rebate through the Program; or (3) the ability of such camera to detect or diminish crime on my Property. The City will not repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning cameras for which rebates have been provided.
