The City of Bowie is seeking demolition and disposal of a cinder block retaining wall, site grading, fence removal and reinstallation and new concrete work (“the Services”) to resolve existing conditions on a private residence located at 12006 Towanda Lane, Bowie, MD 20715. Electronic (pdf) bids will be received via email to Robin Jones   until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.at 12006 Towanda Lane.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at .   Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Tuesday, February 7, 2023 to all those who request the IFB.
