The City of Bowie, Maryland requests quotations for the replacement of steel lintels above two exterior doorways at the Belair Stable Museum located at 2835 Belair Drive, Bowie, MD. Specifications and documents relating to this Request for Quotations are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ().

Electronic (pdf) quotations will be received via email to Robin Jones at until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 9 a.m. at the Belair Stable Museum.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Quotations shall be submitted by email to Robin Jones at no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 10, 2023.  Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, April 14, 2023 to all those who request the RFQ.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a quotation.
